New trial setting date of Feb. 10 scheduled for Elisabeth Gunter; Woodward trial starts eight days later

Van Buren, Mo. — Circuit Court Judge David Paul Evans Monday agreed to a re-setting date of Feb.10 in the capital murder case of Elisabeth Gunter who together with her boyfriend Dennis Woodward is charged with the murder of Joy Dishneau in a home invasion robbery.
According to the Carter County Circuit Clerk a new trial date will be set for Ms. Gunter by a conference call in chambers.

In the meantime, Woodward is currently scheduled to go to trial on capital murder and other charges on Feb. 18-21 in Phelps County in Rolla, Mo.
